Identification
Face and vertex completely lacking erect setae; head in side view extremely flattened (contrast with miror).
Geography
Costa Rica. In Costa Rica, known from two Atlantic slope sites: 800m in the Penas Blancas Valley, and 500m in Hitoy Cerere Biological Reserve.
Natural History
Inhabits wet forest leaf litter. Presumed predaceous.
How to collect
Sift litter from mature wet forest floor and extract in Berlese
funnel or Winkler bag.
