Identification
Minor worker: head length 0.64mm, head width 0.54mm, scape length 0.78mm, Webers length 0.82mm (n=1). Head somewhat elongate behind; promesonotum evenly arched, mesonotal suture very weakly impressed or absent; propodeal spines nearly absent, reduced to tiny tubercles united by weak transverse carina; face smooth and shining; mesosoma superficially foveolate, with smooth, shiny patch on posterolateral pronotum; gaster smooth and shining; dorsal pilosity sparse, of moderate length, flexuous; color orange brown to dark brown.
Major worker: head length 1.78mm, head width 1.61mm, scape length 0.81mm (n=1). Face shining, longitudinally rugose on anterior half, rugae largely longitudinal, subparallel, widely spaced; posterior half of face smooth and shining; clypeus with median prominence in the shape of an inverted triangle; hypostomal margin with low, rounded medial lobe, pair of stout, subtriangular teeth located about one third distance from midline to recessed teeth flanking mandibles (Figure); dorsal pilosity abundant, with abundant short setae projecting from sides of head in face view.
