Small, slender; head black, except yellowish at base of antennae; pronotum yellowish with wide medial black vitta and narrow lateral vittae; elytra yellowish with black sutural vitta and apical fourth black. Head: vertex trisulcate; medial sulcus becomes carina before antennal bases; sulcus present on inner margin of each eye; surface rugo-punctate; frons with triangular projection near antennal bases. Antennae: segment I cylindrical; II transverse; III-V elongate, sulcate, III longer than II or IV; VI-VII transverse; VIII longest, pointed at apex; I-VI glabrous, VII-VIII setose. Pronotum: lateral margins sinuate; basal impression present; tooth present in each anterior angle; convex; punctate. Scutellum: quadrate; alutaceous. Elytra: lateral margins serrate; apical margins laminate, dentate; sutural angle emarginate; tricostate (2, 4, 8), all uniformly elevated. Venter: pro- and mesosterna yellowish medially, black laterally; meso- and metasterna punctate laterally; abdominal sterna 1-3 alutaceous laterally. Legs: femora pale with black apical half; protibiae with acute tooth near base on inner margin. Total length: 4.6 mm. |
