Elongate, slender; yellowish-red. Head: faint medial sulcus present; vertex alutaceous; frons slightly projecting. Antennae: segment I subglobose, slightly compressed laterally; II transverse; III cylindrical, subequal in length to I and II combined; IV-VI transverse; VII transverse, subequal in length to IV to VI combined; VIII elongate, pointed at apex; VII-VIII setose. Pronotum: convex; densely punctate; tooth in anterior angles; side margins slightly angulate in middle, straight and divergent from basal 2/3, then convergent, constricted before anterior angles; basal impression present; longitudinal medial vitta present. Scutellum: triangular, dark; alutaceous. Elytra: side margins dentate; apical margins strongly dentate; 8 regular rows of punctures; tricostate, intervals 2 and 6 strongly produced, 4 less so but darkened. Venter: prosternum rugose at sides; metasternum punctate at sides. Legs: tibiae spatulate. Total length: 6.1 mm.

Collected in primary forest.
