Yellowish-brown, head and antennae darker. Head: medial sulcus present; vertex impunctate; not depressed between eyes; frons strongly projecting. Antennae: segment I subglobose; II elongate; II-IV cylindrical, subequal in length; V cylindrical, striate-sulcate; VI-X transverse, setose; XI bluntly pointed at apex, setose. Pronotum: distinct basal impression; convex; tooth in anterior angles; distinctly angulate in middle, straight and divergent from base to middle, then convergent and sinuate to apex; sparsely punctate. Scutellum: quadrate; alutaceous. Elytra: side margins smooth; tooth in exterior apical angle and tooth along apical margin; 12 complete rows of punctures plus scutellar row of 5 punctures; no costae. Venter: pale; side of metasternum darker brown; mesosternum punctate at sides; abdominal sterna with dark apical margin. Legs: yellowish with scattered darker markings. Total length: 6.3-7.9 mm.
