Head and antennae black; pronotum orangish with wide medial longitudinal black vitta and narrow lateral vittae; elytra orangish with black scutellar vitta and apical fourth black; legs black with base of femora pale. Head: vertex trisulcate, alutaceous; frons projecting, rugose. Antennae: segment I subglobose, with tooth-like projection on outer apical margin; II transverse; III-VIII laterally compressed, sulcate, III-VII triangular, VIII longest, pointed at apex; I-II punctate, VII-VIII setose. Pronotum: lateral margins arcuate; tooth present in each anterior angle; transverse; convex; medial sulcus present from base to midline; slight basal impression present; densely striate-punctate. Scutellum: cordate; alutaceous. Elytra: expanded to apex; lateral margin dentate; apical margins laminate, strongly dentate; apical angles emarginate; costae 1, 2, and 4 complete, 3 present at base and apex, obsolete in middle. Venter: pro-, meso-, and metasterna orangish medially, black laterally; prosternum smooth medially, rugose laterally; mesosternum smooth medially, alutaceous laterally; metasternum punctate and strio-punctate laterally; abdominal sterna dark; segment 1 rugose. Legs: femora with tooth-like projection at apex, slightly serrate on inner margin; tibiae punctate on inner margin. Total length: 6.9 mm.
