Head and antennae black; pronotum yellow with large black basal macula; elytra yellowish with reddish humeri and black sutural and lateral vittae. Head: vertex densely punctate; not depressed between eyes; medial sulcus absent; frons with adpressed yellowish setae, not projecting. Antennae: filiform; segments I and III subequal in length; II shorter than I or III; III cylindrical; IV-X cylindrical; XI rounded at apex. Pronotum: yellowish with black trapezoidal macula from basal margin covering posterior two-thirds of disc; wider than long; disc irregularly punctate, rest nearly impunctate; sides black, parallel, slightly converging at apex; apical margin sinuate on either side of middle; anterior angles subacute; posterior angles acute. Scutellum: broadly triangular; smooth; black. Elytra: oblong; sides margined, smooth, parallel; apices obtusely rounded; moderately punctate-striate, punctures smaller on disc; puncture row 10 removed from lateral margin; yellowish with three black vittae and basal reddish-yellow macula at humeri; sutural vitta widest at base, narrowed posteriorly; lateral vittae begin behind humeri, convergent toward suture and narrowing. Venter: pro-, meso-, and metasterna smooth and reddish-brown in middle, punctate and darker at sides; abdominal sterna setose; segments 1 and 2 not fused in middle. Legs: yellowish with femora and tibiae with dark areas at apices; tibiae setose on inner apex. Total length: 5.4-5.9 mm.
