Reddish brown with eyes and apex of antennae darker. Head: vertex impunctate; slightly depressed between eyes; slight medial sulcus; frons not projecting. Antennae: segments I-V reddish-brown, VI-XI black; segment I incrassate, punctate, as long as II-III combined; II and III with projection on inner margins in male, cylindrical in female; V-X transverse, subequal in length; XI rounded at apex, subequal in length to I. Pronotum: almost as wide as base of elytra; convex; scattered large, shallow punctures; disc virtually impunctate; sides margined, canaliculate, parallel, anterior angles rounded, produced; posterior angles acute. Scutellum: pentagonal; smooth. Elytra: sides margined, smooth; apices cojointly rounded; convex; punctures little impressed, rows confused at apex; humeri rounded, callous virtually impunctate. Venter: reddish-brown; abdominal sterna 1 and 2 fused in middle; female with last abdominal sternite bisinuate. Legs: femora robust, punctate; tibiae curved, incised. Total length: 7.2 mm.
