Alurnus salvini Baly

Large, oblong; yellowish; pronotum black; elytra with black maculae and fascia. Head: vertex and front rugose-punctate; medial line impressed with longitudinal sulcus. Antennae: half length of body; segment III twice as long as I-II combined. Pronotum: wider at base than long; side margins converging from base to apex, obtusely angulate; convex; finely punctured, more dense laterally. Elytra: oblong; acutely rounded at apices; convex; distinctly punctate; yellowish, with apical fourth and three large maculae black. Venter: last segment yellowish. Total length: 15.7-20.3 mm.
