Description: Shell regularly conical; height of shell aperture nearly half of shell height; living animal bears an operculum (a horny flap for closing the aperture); shell up to about 3.5 mm high; aperture 47% of shell height; shell dark brown.
Natural History: Found under debris and vegetation at higher levels in salt marshes.
