Identification
An orange species similar to P. tanyscapa.
Range
Bolivia (type locality) to Costa Rica. Costa Rica: southern Pacific lowlands.
Natural History
A colony was collected from a rotten log on Barro Colorado Island, Panama. Workers were collected in Winkler samples from the southern tip of the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica.
